Chef Sonu pursued a formal education in the culinary arts. He attended the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management. With his culinary genius and innate passion for Indian cuisine, Chef Sonu has carved a prominent niche for himself in the culinary world with over 20 years of experience from India, to London, to Bermuda and final destination of Fresno, CA.

On the other hand, Shelly, having studied business management, takes charge of the overall operations of the restaurant. She meticulously handles the accounts, HR department, all inquires, and ensures a seamless dining experience for the customers.
